I was messing around with the theme packages in the Tweak tool and now I can't read the LibreOffice options at the top of the application.

It appears that when doing a print screen it shows the texts, but I can't see it when viewing it.

Has anyone had this issue?

Are you using the old one from the repos or the official PPA that gives you the latest version? https://launchpad.net/~libreoffice/+archive/ubuntu/ppa

Yes I have even apt-get removed it and reinstalled the new libreoffice 5 but still doesn't show text at the top.

I'm thinking it is a theme issue, but still can't figure it out. I have tried changing the themes, but to no avail.

Its a really weird bug that I can't seem to even capture by screen-shot.

*UPDATE
I did a fresh install and haven't changed the theme in any way and it still doesn't show the text for all the menus and such. So now I'm wondering if it has something to do with my graphics driver. It is weird because it shows menus fine for every other application.

Oh well, guess I will be using nano for now :)

Which driver are you using? From my experience I can tell that the nouveau driver can really be a pain and is very buggy.

It appears it is the Gallium 0.4 on llvmpipe (LLVM 3.4, 256 bits)
