Looking for Free Software organizations or folks in the West London area.

Hi!
I'm doing my case study on Move Inn Estates, an established independent real estate organization that lets residential properties as well as property management based off of West London. I do not live in London, we (my class or me and my classmates) were just tasked to them.
We are tasked to be IT consultants. Of course, I'd like them to exclusively use Free Software and Free Software-compatible stuff such as hardware. I'll upload the requirements so it will be easier for you guys who'd be interested to help me a little bit.
