im looking for a good Motherboard vendor compatible with BIOS
replacement
to Coreboot via software using for example flashrom..
which Motherboard vendors have best performance for a affordable price?

Whether you can flash coreboot depends not only on the motherboard manufacturer. Don't you know the (in)famous Boot Guard?
Just find a compatible board with appropriate chipsets from coreboot's wiki and search it on eBay or Taobao.

The laptops X60(s)/T60 can be flashed via flashrom (try to get T60 with intel graphics). Note that T60P is also supported by coreboot, but is not recommended due to ATI graphics.
