menu-bar separated

Hi,

When opening libreoffice in trisquel 10 with KDE
the menu-bar is separated on the top of the screen
instead of the taskbar, and not together with the libreoffice window.

but shifting the window of libreoffice to the additional monitor
the menu-bar dissapears completly.

How can I solve this
