Looks a lot like my window manager of choice, which is awesomewm
(https://awesomewm.org/), which admittedly I only typically use to tab
between emacs and a multiplexed terminal (screen).

Hi, If you want a powerful, lightweight, easy customize window manager look at i3wm:
https://i3wm.org

I use i3wm with GNU Emacs. it's so cool :)
Herbstluftwm is good too ;)

I'd recommend dwm. It's not the easiest one but it's lightweight and you can learn some C in the process.

personally I like to use i3.
In the past in Antix I used Herbstluftwm
