Next Trisquel update (PGADMIN4)

Hi, since I don't know if you are subscribed to the trisquel-users
mailing list or if you're paying attention to the forums, I also sent
this message directly to you.

If I recall correctly, the forums are for end-users, and there is no
guarantee that the developers will always be around in the forums. If I
recall correctly, the developers use both #trisquel-dev IRC channel,
chat.freenode.net, the trisquel-devel mailing list ([1]), the issue
tracker in the right menu of this website (where it says "Issues") and
also the Git repository at [2].

Morever, I must note that from the documentation about the Trisquel
project, one can see that it doesn't provide packages on its own except
for rebranding, software freedom issues and other exceptions. This is
not to say it can't be done, it just means that except from the cases
dealt with by Trisquel, the request should be made to our upstream. With
this said, I have searched the upstream's list of packages and found out
that pgadmin4 won't be available in Trisquel 8 unless:

a) we contact someone from Trisquel to do it. Highly problematic since
we would have to maintain it ourselves;

b) someone from upstream is contacted to do it, in such case Trisquel
will probably pick the changes. However, there is no guarantee that
the package will be free/libre software (I don't know anything about
it except for what it does);

c) contribute to get the package in the official upstream repositories,
with same issues as (a) but Trisquel will probably also pick the
changes.
