Non-free font(s) in the repos?

I tried Installing Ubuntu Studio's metapackage, and as expected some (presumably non-free) fonts were not present in the repos.

However, Ubuntu's and LyX's fonts were. Removing LyX's font (because of its dependencies, and they don't look that good if at all) and Ubuntu's (because of possible liensing issues, and since my life doesn't depend on it...)from the list of packages to be installed leaves me with:

I noticed that the Caslon font was present in there, despite being called non-free in another thread. I also noticed that it wasn't in the Live CD. So are any of the fonts in the above packages non-free?

Thanks. So, just to make sure, all the fonts in the repos (or at least the ones I listed) are more or less confirmed to be free, right (rather than simply not confirmed to be non-free)?

p.s. Why didn't you include neither all of the above fonts in the LiveDVD nor a metapackage of what is included in the CD to the repos?
