A problem with GRUB

Hello to everyone! After updating and rebooting my notebook HP 510, I have this:

error: attempt to read or write outside of disk 'hd0'.
Entering rescue mode...
grub rescue> _

How can I resolve? Thank you for your attention.

After typing 'ls' after grub rescue>_, I have:

(hd0) (hd0,msdos1)

And now, how to proceed? Thank you for your attention.

Try to find the Trisquel partition and boot using the instructions from https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Grub2/Troubleshooting#grub_rescue.3E-1

Thank you, Marit, for the suggestion, but I was unable to solve the problem with that Ubuntu's guide, I had always error messages. In short I have solved with Rescatux and Trisquel 8 mini now starts well. What I don't understand is why it stops when I type in the shell (terminal) 'sudo reboot now'?
