Problems with the mailing list and the web forum

Recently I've noticed that not all of the topics and replies in the
forum/list are received via mail. I thought it might be a local issue,
but I see in the web archives of the list that it is not. Am I the only
one experiencing this?

I've also noticed that when I reply from the web interface I receive my
responses via e-mail, but later replies made by someone else are not
received. I could not find anything about this in the bug tracker.

Is this something temporary or a bug? The forum and the list are still
interconnected right? Is there anyway to help about this issue? I

The reason I write this is because I prefer the mail interface.

P.S. Should I send this to the devel list instead?
