Ah! Great.

Thanks for sharing.

Having been sick, I missed that edition of "The Alex Jones Show".

For those of you who don't know it, this radio show currently has *3 million listeners*, every day (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9laOjPe30J0). And, also a world-wide freedom-loving audience.

Having been a participant in a related forum, I remember very well how a good number of people who listen to Alex Jones were already big Free Software advocates, some years ago, even before I remember hearing RMS on Alex's show. And, I remember also a member of such forum even trying to make a GNU/Linux distribution, called "Infowars OS" (http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=109543.msg840625#msg840625).

Two important points that I should mention, though, that were talked about in the interview.

1) I also don't believe that Aaron Swartz committed suicide.

If Aaron would have gone to trial and been imprisoned, he would have become a *Huge Icon*, in the fight for Internet Freedom. And, it was not in the interest of the establishment for that to happen.

And, I urge you all to investigate the background of his girlfriend (who was the last person reported to have seen him alive, and which is the one that guarantees that this activist's death was "suicide"), who's the leader of a NGO that defends causes that are in favour of the interests of the establishment. (You can use an electronic translator, to read what I said about this, in my blog: http://blackfernando.blogspot.pt/2014/01/ultima-pessoa-que-diz-que-esteve-com.html)

2) Edward Snowden is an obvious fake.

He's not revealing anything that any well-informed person, who pays attention to politics, didn't know already. And, there are several things about him that don't add up - beginning with how could a person be allowed to get that amount of sensitive data out of such an institution.

If he was a real danger to the establishment, he would never have this amount of support and coverage by the establishment-controlled media. And, there are several people, with enough brains, in the alternative media, who also find his story very suspicious.

And, if you're wondering why would the establishment (through its controlled media) promote such a stunt, look, in the alternative media, for terms such as "gatekeeping", "controlled opposition" and (psychological) "conditioning".

Why has RMS done so many interviews with Alex Jones, anyway?

I've been trying to figure out that one for a long time. My best guess is that despite being on opposite ends of the political spectrum, ultimately they are both opposed to unjust rule and champion ideas of freedom. They just have different approaches.

As someone who listens (a lot) to what both authors have to say, and that knows their ideals very well, I can say that, that is pretty much it. :)

The interview's introduction says it all...
