Software Updater Bug

Hi
I am new to Gnulinux.
I used the Software Updater this morning and got an error, which asked me to report problem.
I have attached screen shot.
It worked okay on second attempt, and I had not had the problem before.
I hope this is the right place to report the problem,

That looks like a few files are missing, rather than a "real" bug.
Check if the files reported to be missing are in the folder /var/lib/apt/lists .
And perform (by copying-and-pasting) "sudo apt-get update" from/to the Terminal and open the updater again, and see if it's worked.

I checked the folder and those files were there.
