Sourceforge is running some questionable ads and has now started bundling malware with installers.

If you host material on Sourceforge, now would be a good time to leave. Or at least make off-site backups as it might not be there for much longer.

Sourceforge has been proprietary for a long time - This just provides more reason to leave. Github is proprietary too so please don't go there. This might be a good thing to read: http://mako.cc/writing/hill-free_tools.html

I use Savannah, personally:

https://savannah.nongnu.org/

I was already sick of SourceForge a long, long time ago.
