Streaming a power point presentation in a video conference

Hello everyone!
I'm looking for a free as-in-freedom solution to stream a presentation through an audio-conference with two of my friends. Do you have any suggestion ? Thank you
edit: of course is not a power point presentation, is a libre office impress slideshow :)

I would like to make an audio conference so I can talk and answer to questions while streaming a slideshow.
The simplest way would be this:

provided it's not too crowded, and provided it fully works.
Else Jitsi works better if you can get past the glitchy install (don't install from the repo, it's outdated, and get a good xmpp provider. A search on the forum might give you more info on this).
