Thunderbird/Icedove support for uBlock Origin

A basic Thunderbird/Icedove support for uBlock Origin has been added. It allows to block ads, tracking, social buttons from a mail content so it improves user privacy indeed. Thunderbird/Icedove version 31.8.0 is required at least.
