Time and Date Set change hardware clock - affects other O/Ses

Hello,
Trisuel_9.0_i686; Presario v3000

Is there a way to set the time, date, time zone without affecting the hardware clock.

The other operating systems on the machine all end up with the incorrect time.

I believe you can make use of these instructions (timedatectl).
