I wouldn't have the competences to do so
+ it requires someone with a real toolbox of skills with thorough knowledge about Free Software Movement & GNU/Linux.
But yes talk-show/podcasts/interviews,howtos,& music.There are many people out there (developers of all the Libre distributions & their forks,developers of software ,users)the subject is so vast..

No i don't the only project i know of is the Dyne.org Mumble server and again the Dyne.org
But these are not radio just a/communication and b/ a collection of streams
