Update && Upgrade problem: "File has unexpected size"

Hello. I've been getting this error on Trisquel 10 64b recently. When I run sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade it says "File has unexpected size (20 != 3581294). Mirror sync in progress?" It then lists and IP address and some hashes of the file(s).

I've tried changing mirrors in update settings and that doesn't work. I've tried just using sudo apt update as mentioned as a possible solution on Ubuntu forums to update the hashes but it still throws up the same error. Any ideas?
