Video and audio not matching up

I've had this issue for a while. Audio and video just don't match up. It doesn't in the Totem plugins, Gnash, Totem, and VLC. The only place it is matching up is in Abrowser for webm YouTube videos.

Please help! This is so annoying.

What kind of video are you watching. Is it just a video you have from a file?

Its back to normal. For some reason after uninstalling VLC, everything was fixed.
