Hello ;)
I usually convert my video with free format using Handbrake. And I'm just wondering if VP9 is a free format ? (It's more efficient than VP8).
According to Wikipedia it's under the BSD license, but I don't find FSF post saying that VP9 is "ok". So is it a free format ?
