Hi,

I wanted to use any open source extension or software for vpn for changing IP address for another Country to access some useful resources.

but I am concerned about privacy threats of VPN so I am looking an open source chromium extensions or firefox (A browser) any recommendations.

I found some like Freelan, Opeswan but I couldn't setup them like extensions we install in chromium easily like zenmate or other but they are closed source.

Wireguard + cryptostorm?

That might be pretty good.

Supposedly Wireguard is the best way to do vpn out there at the moment...

I don't understand. Why do you need a browser extension? Have you tried connecting to the VPN via NetworkManager?

I agree with you Legimet, needing a browser extension seems absurd...

That being said, I still recommend a combo, of cryptostorm vpn via wireguard.
