Kiten included non-free content. (Kanjidic2)
Kanjidic2 included SKIP code, This is non-free.
See: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=969411
I suggests that:
Use kanjidic package. (xml version is not find)
Fedora resolved this bug.
See:

This is not a problem for Trisquel. The debian bug #182652 fixed this bug in 2003 (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=182652). The fixed version is in Triquel already (http://packages.trisquel.info/changelogs/pool/main/k/kanjidic/kanjidic_2011.05.25-1/changelog#versionversion2003.07.21-1)
No, This problem is not resolved.
Bacause Kiten bundled "Kanjidic" (kiten-4.8.2/data/kanjidic) is contain SKIP code.
SKIP code license is CC-BY-NC-SA.
This license is not permit commercial use. Its non-free. (Violate free software definition, Freedom 0)

"Kiten bundled Kanjidic" is not "without SKIP code (already included for debian and trisquel)" version.
Summary:
"Kiten bundled Kanjidic != Without SKIP code version Kanjidic (Already included for debian and trisquel)"
I suggest that replace bundled Kanjidic to Kanjidic Without SKIP code version, or Remove SKIP code.
And, I reporting to upstream.

Thanks.
I think Debian already removed it. But I don't know what exactly the SKIP codes are.
