supertux image used "Superman" logo.
It is not distributable, Its non-free.
File List:
"data/gui/diffculty_best.png"
Suggests:

2. Replace GFSD free images.
3. Remove Trisquel archive.
4. contact copyright/trademark owner.
Thanks.

Reported upstream (Debian).
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=757648
The supertuxkart bug for this
https://github.com/supertuxkart/stk-code/issues/1446
Between them and Debian they've concluded until the owner of a trademark says something there's no way of knowing if something which looks similar to a trademark is infringement. Both upstream bugs have now been closed.
Personally from the GFSD point of view I'm in agreement with them. But I'm leaving the issue active for the BDFL to review as he is the Director and will have statuatory responsiblity for decisions of legal policy.
Quidam takes a robust attitude to related matters. Therefore I'm closing this as wrong in keeping with upstream's logic.
