Redirect to new forum location

The English forum used to reside at https://trisquel.info/en/forum/users but has since moved to https://trisquel.info/en/forum/trisquel-users

The old location gives a Page not found, perhaps it should be redirected instead.

(this did happen some time ago but perhaps this would still be useful)
