The only information it contains is about the douche bag who packaged it for Debian. Debian don't have it currenly, Ubuntu neither. Looks like there's something fishy about the package.
I did some research and found out a number of things about this package. Firstly, the guy who packaged it, Christoph Egger, seems to be an occasional contributor to the package. He had a couple of interesting things to say on his blog (http://www.christoph-egger.org/) in a post entitled 'Why isn't it in Debian main yet?', dated Mon, 27 Jun 2011.
It seems that there are two major issues as to why Unknown Horizons does not appear in Debian. Firstlly, it depends on a rather unstable package called FIFE and secondly, that at some time in the not too distant past the package contained some non-free code. So, I checked out the README for Unknown Horizons at:
http://trac.unknown-horizons.org/t/browser/README
and it claims that the package is released under the GPLv2. Christoph also says that the non-free code has been cleaned out.
I have sent mail to Christoph (with a link to this Issue) asking if he knows more, or if he can put me in touch with some one who does.
Changing the title to make it clear which package has the problem.
Marking as assigned to upstream:
Currently we get the package from the unknown-horizons ppa.
However, now it is packaged in debian. If you check their package page it has an appropriate copyright file. Once we get out package from debian rather then from the ppa we should be ok.
