Sugar Updater suggests to install non-free software (Scratch)

This is because http://activities.sugarlabs.org/ has Scratch in its collection, in opposition to its own rules.

Creating this bug report so we can keep track and an eye on the Activity Library policy. Will also raise the issue with Sugar Labs IAEP list.
