automatic window resizing in Trisquel 7

In Trisquel 6, I could drag a window to the right or left side of the screen, and the window would occupy that half of the screen.
The windows in Trisquel 7 don't seem to work like that. I like that feature in 6; I hope that it makes it into 7.
