I looked in the source package, and the copyright file says Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Licence, which should be fine.
No. I don't think.
Bacause tagainijisho bundled "Kanjidic" (tagainijisho-0.9.2/3rdparty/kanjidic2.xml) is contain SKIP code.
SKIP code license is CC-BY-NC-SA. This license is not permit commercial use. Its non-free. (Violate free software definition, Freedom 0)
http://www.edrdg.org/edrdg/licence.html (See Section 7) http://www.kanji.org/kanji/dictionaries/skip_permission.htm

I suggest that replace tagainijisho bundled Kanjidic to Kanjidic Without SKIP code version, or Remove SKIP code.
And, I reported upstream.

Thanks.
Oh, I didn't see section 7. Then this must be nonfree.
Fixed upstream (Debian).
Ubuntu 14.04 (Trisquel 7) is not fixed.
