Installation fails in EFI mode due to missing grub-efi-amd64-signed

Description

When installing Trisquel 7 with EFI support, from the Trisquel 7 amd64 RC2 image (http://devel.trisquel.info/makeiso/iso/rc2/trisquel_7.0_amd64.iso), ubiquity tries to install grub-efi-amd64-signed, which was removed in Trisquel. This makes the whole installation fail and leaves the system in an unusable state.
