When the flash add-on button in address bar is clicked while visiting websites with flash content (see Flash add-on button in address bar.png), a pop up message like:-
Allow www.android.com to run "Flash"? Learn More...
Appears. Upon clicking the "Learn More..." link, an incomplete page is opened both in IceCat and Abrowser. (see Screenshot from Abrowser.png and Screenshot from IceCat.png)
Please update the respective web pages, mentioning how flash content is managed by the web browser.
Apparently click-to-play is a scheme to alleviate problems of outdated plugins by requiring the user to manually OK the use of one. Here are some hopefully relevant links

Adobe Flash is a deprecated technology since 2020.
Firefox has deprecated the settings and documentation related to flash.
