Inkscape not starting

Description

Starting inkscape prints the following error: inkscape: error while loading shared libraries: libpoppler.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

The error message occurs even when inkscape in uninstalled.

Can't reproduce in 5.0. I don't know if it was fixed by upstream. 3.5 is no longer supported. If issue still persists please re-open this ticket.
