I use Icecat 45.7

Somehow I found this version of icecat 45.7.0-gnu1 (http://jenkins.trisquel.info/icecat/) which doesn't have this problem. It needs building from source.

I don't what is going on with icecat these days. The official page has an older version. Ruben has to give some info.

This bug relates to a very old version of IceCat, also IceCat is now a separate GNU project.
