In the package description:

"For most presets to work, it is necessary to have the unstripped version
of the libavcodec in the multiverse repository, which can be obtained by
installing libavcodec-extra-## as suggested by this package."

I am having trouble with my system getting it to compile properly but this should work. It needs to be reviewed.

I think we may be able to simply remove the ubuntu.control file to fix this issue...
