No.

Well, technically anything is possible with a free OS, but in reality it is prohibitively difficult. You'd have to rip out so much of the guts of the system that what you'd be left with couldn't genuinely be called "Trisquel 7".

Trisquel releases are based on an Ubuntu upstream release. Trisquel 7 is based on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, which doesn't have Wayland.

Furthermore, it looks highly unlikely that Ubuntu will ever move to Wayland, as they are developing their own custom compositor called Mir, which is due to land in a future version.

Mir is being developed as fully free software, so there's no reason not to use it in a future version of Trisquel when the time comes. Personally, I'd rather the GNU/Linux community standardised on a single display server/compositor, and I'd like that to be Wayland, but that's just a convenience argument. Freedom-wise, there's nothing wrong with Mir, so I assume that's the direction we're going in.

EDIT: It might be slightly easier than I thought to install Wayland via a PPA, but excercise caution if you do. There's no guarantee of freedom when using external software sources.

In that sentence, substitute "Wayland" for "systemd" and "Mir" for "Upstart" and you will see that "ever" is, at least, a too strong word. It is quite probable, say within four years, that all major GNU/Linux distributions but Ubuntu will have chosen Wayland and Ubuntu will then abandon its Mir project like it has just done with Upstart.
