When I Inter to the Startup Disk Creator from system settings
orca does not speak

I can recreate this on my machine here. Further there's no mention
on the web of an accessibility problem with the app since it started
using GTK3. So please use the Issues link on this web site to file a
bug mentioning the package name usb-creator-gtk and the info you have
given here.

If there isn't one already, file this issue in Ubuntu's ticket system for Precise. I saw this on the Orca users' email list, when Precise came out. FYI, I've always used the 'dd' command to make live usb media.

I replied to alimiracle's issue at https://trisquel.info/en/issues/11901. This bug occurs in precise but was fixed later. Unfortunately, the python dependency for the package from trusty can't be satisfied, so we'll have to do something about it.
