Bugzilla: Broken installations of Trisquel and Uruk; partitions not found in LibertyBSD

Hardware system: NP350U2A-A03 with rEFInd ESP
Current systems: Parabola, Hyperbola, FreeSH systems including Devuan
Systems to install: Trisquel, Uruk, LibertyBSD

update-grub command frozen against finishing installaion
EFI mode not working, EFI-based words not found in installer
Uruk
Somewhat swaps errors preventing against beginning installation
Live session not enough sensitive, esp the installer
LibertyBSD
EFI mode not working, my whole GPT drive seen to be single drive sd0 without partitions
