Is hosting a Mumble server through https://www.mumble.com/ considered free software?

It seems to be a company that calls themselves "Lightspeed" which lets customers create Mumble servers.

Now it doesn't seem to be "official", but they do indeed use mumble.com domene so... yeah.

Anybody know anything about this?
