Install USB EFI File Issues

I'm trying to install trisquel in a dual boot, Since I've changed the boot order in my bios, when I turn on my computer it doesn't run trisquel(it rus my current OS), so I tried to boot from EFI File(bootable USB) with the BOOTX64.EFI file; When I get the menu with option to Install Trisquel, an error appears saying: you need to run the kernel first. Any help?

-take notice that i have a UEFI Bios
Steps I've made to Install:
1.- Made a bootable USB with Trisquel
2.- Enabled Legacy Mode
3.- Re-arranged the boot Order
