Hi Edward!

I think I'll have to be a party pooper for a bit.

There is no CPU without unfree parts or requiring unfree parts, which
has comparable to the CPUs you mentioned performance. At least that is
what I read.

The reason is, that the manufacturers and developers of newer CPUs put
in unfree stuff and make it very hard for anyone to liberate any modern
hardware.

However, if you do not care as much about the hardware, but only about
the OS and software, you might have a chance. I'll leave that part for
others to answer, who are more knowledgeable than I.
