libjava3d-java include BSD License with addinital non-free license statement.
See:

This license is restrict specific purpose.
Its non-free, I think that violate GFSD. (violate Freedom 0, free software definition.)
Suggests:
1. remove non-free code and rebuild.
2. Replace non-free code to free (GSFD Free) code. (See Fedora Bugzilla)
3. Remove Trisquel repo. (Adding Blacklist)
Thanks.
This was discussed in debian-devel some time ago, and the conclusion was:
This is a standard "No warranty" clause wrt nuclear facilities in the US.
It is not a restriction placed on the use of the software in nuclear
facilities by the copyright holder,(...).
Warranty disclaimers are fine under the DFSG.
