Time Format Settings Are Not Reflected in Indicator Applet

In Date & Time Settings you can choose between 24-hour and AM/PM time formats, however regardless of which you choose the time in the panel remains AM/PM format. When 24-hour format is selected in Date & Time Settings options the panel should reflect the chosen time format.
