https://packages.trisquel.info redirects to devel.trisquel.info

I found out that https://packages.trisquel.info redirects to https://devel.trisquel.info/groups/trisquel whereas http://packages.trisquel.info shows the package search.

Is this behavior intended?

Confirmed.
I would like to see the https version work.
