I ran the network installer in OEM mode, rebooted, and ran oem-config-prepare. After rebooting and performing end user configuration, an Ubuntu slideshow was displayed while the system was configured.
Apparently, the oem-config-slideshow-ubuntu package (from the ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu source package) was installed during the network installation. (I notice that the ubiquity-slideshow-trisquel source package doesn't build an oem-config-slideshow-trisquel binary package.)
If the system is installed via Ubiquity in OEM mode, no slideshow at all runs when an end user configures the system.
Either a Trisquel oem-config slideshow should be built and used by both Ubiquity and the network installer or the Ubuntu one should be removed/disabled.
