Please use the lastest version of the kernel

Description

It's a good idea to use the lastest version of Linux-libre in the following Trisquel LTS release, because there are components in my computer that don't work with 3.13-lowlatency and yes with 4.8.9 (like Bluetooth, brightness, etc).
