We should include the package helpers in the Trisquel sources DVD

Description

The Trisquel sources DVD includes all packages shipped with any current Trisquel version. We should add the package helpers used to make changes to upstream packages as well.

Trisquel 8.0 support ended in April 2021.
Please open a new issue in case it remains on the current supported release.
