I am going to assign this bug to myself. I have never used bazaar or done this before but I believe it would be a good opportunity to learn how to do so. If anyone else (i.e. more experienced) wants to fix this before I do feel free to do so.
I am changing the component to a package problem because the problem is with the package description saying that you can use a non-free program with it. It is not really a license problem but that the packages tell you about non-free programs. Here are the offending packages:
I may try to write a package helper to fix this problem but I have never done so before. It might take a while for me to learn how to do that so I won't assign the task to myself.
