Open up Totem and start playing a file (audio or video). Then open a terminal and try to control totem with totem --pause and it will segfault.
totem --pause
(This worked fine in 5.0.)

Tested in 6.0. Bug does not present itself when following the poster's steps to reproduce. Marking as fixed.
Marking as patch (needs review):
Bug has been fixed upstream. Needs to be reviewed on future version Trisquel 6.0
I took a look at the fixed version but it requires libc6 >= 2.14.
I wonder if the fix would be hard to include in Brigantia? It consists of 1 files changed, 0 insertions, 1 deletions, seems fairly simple.
But this is hardly a big issue.
