About the licenses

The license information listed for each software applies only to the particular project, and not to any third-party libraries, that the application may integrate in its source tree. Also, the stated license is only applicable to the GNU/Linux version of the program, which can have different licensing under different operating systems (even be proprietary, such as f.lux for Windows).
