The revisions let you track differences between multiple versions of a post.
This is a manual for making a LiveUSB with Trisquel installed, in order to boot the OS from the flash drive and (if desired) save any changes you make.
- Download a Trisquel .iso image of your choice.
- Open the USB Startup Disk Creator application (Menu Bar → System → Administration → USB Startup Disk Creator).
- Insert the USB drive. At minimum, you need about 1 GB of free space (512 MB for Trisquel Mini).
- Select an .iso or a CD to be the source image.
- Select how much free space on the drive you want to reserve for saving changes. To pre, reserving at least 300 MB of space is recommended. When you are finished, click "Make Startup Disk" and wait for the process to complete.
