Revision of Burn Trisquel CD images from Sun, 01/16/2011 - 20:40
The revisions let you track differences between multiple versions of a post.
To burn a CD image file (like a Trisquel .iso) from Windows, you can use the option "burn image" of your CD burning program. If you do not have that kind of software, follow these steps:
- Download and install InfraRecorder, a free software program to burn CD images.
- Insert a CD/DVD into the recorder and select "do nothing" or "cancel" if any auto-boot message appears.
- Open InfraRecorder and select Write Image.
- Select the CD image that you want to burn, for example "Trisquel-4.0-i686.iso", and click on 'Open'.
- Click on 'Ok'.
Be sure to choose a low burn speed for error-free burning.
