The numbers below are true for Trisquel 11.0.1 Aramo amd64 ISO installs.
Other releases, architectures and deployment methods might differ slightly.
Storage
- Recommended: 90 GB (to allow for system upgrades and long-term use.[1])
- Minimum: 16 GB (for installation without downloaded updates.[2])
Memory
Trisquel (MATE), Triskel (KDE Plasma) and Trisquel Sugar TOAST- 4 GB RAM (system memory) for physical installs.
- 2 GB RAM for virtualised installs
Trisquel Mini (LXDE)

- 2: The installer’s third prompt shows ‘You need at least 16.0 GB disk space to install Trisquel’ if the disk size is 15.9 GB.
